Lyrically Speaking

How well do you know the lyrics of the songs we play? Could you name a song just by the lyrics? Without music?

Starting March 27, WBCL will play Lyrically Speaking with you several times throughout the day. Listen for DJs to give you the cue to call. When they do, they’ll read a few lines of lyrics to one of our current songs. Be the first person to correctly identify the artist and song title and you’ll qualify to win our weekly prize drawing.

Then on Friday mornings at 7:10 am we’ll call out the name of our weekly winner, when you hear your name call back in 9 minutes and 30 seconds, they get to choose from our prize closet and there’s something fun in there for everyone: Oculus Headset, Apple iPad, Apple Watch, or Yeti Backpack Cooler.
