Fill Your Cart Contest WBCL, in partnership with Chief and Community Markets, wants to give you the ultimate shopping experience in our Fill Your Cart Contest. Each week, one blessed winner will meet up with us at a local Chief or Community Markets store and be given 90 seconds to fill their cart with as many groceries as possible and Chief/Community Markets will pick up the bill!Each winner will be equipped with a GoPro and we will post the entire experience on our social media sites! There will be 10 winners total over an 11 week promotion.Dates of the ContestThe contest will begin at 6:00 AM, EST on Monday, September 24, 2018 and end at approximately 8:00 AM, EST Friday, December 7, 2018.How to Qualify WBCL DJ's will play a Fill Your Cart Sounder multiple/random times a day each weekday. When you hear the sounder call 260-745-9090 and be the 7th caller to qualify. How to winTo win, listen to our Morning Show on Friday at 7:10 AM. When you hear your name called, you have 9 minutes and 30 seconds to call us back at 260-745-9090 and claim the prize.Shopping Rules:Average shopping spree results are $290, though your amount may vary. If a winner is physically unable to shop, they may designate a person (18+) to shop in their place. However, winner must be present at time of shopping spree.The spree is to occur within the two week following the win date, Monday through Friday, during the hours of 9 AM to 11 AM or 2 PM to 4 PM, as agreed upon by WBCL, the shopper and the store. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time to go over spree rules. The shopper may only use one shopping cart. The spree will begin at the front of the store, with a signal to start. The shopper is not authorized to organize products before the event. This is grounds for disqualification or exclusion of products from total winnings. No tobacco products, alcohol, medications, gift cards, coupons, service items or specialty items (as defined by the store manager) such as specialty cheeses permitted. The shopper may select only two of any one item. Example: two watermelons, two cans of Folgers Coffee, etc. Different flavors/varieties are not allowed within one category. Exclusions also include random weight items (deli meat & produce). A contest official will announce 15 second intervals over the PA system. The shopper must be within 20 feet of the designated checkout lane at the 90 second mark or they are disqualified. The store manager will be the final judge on any rulings with regard to allowable items. All decisions by the manager are final. The shopper must pay taxable income if winnings are over $600.
