An Interactive Learning Fair for Kids brochurce & map link Saturday, August 7th 10:00am to 4:00pm
Noble County Fairgrounds, Kendallville, IN
KidCity is a fun, interactive learning Fair, where kids and their families can learn about their community, education, health and world in a fun atmosphere, held yearly at the Noble County Fair Grounds the first Saturday of August. KidCity offers an excellent forum to acquaint kids with the “real” work of industry; to emphasize the importance of education; to help community organizations and schools reach parents and kids with important education and health messages; to excite kids’ curiosity and desire to learn; to acquaint parents and kids with area services and attractions; and more…
Who Comes to KidCity?
The fifth annual KidCity attracted over 6,000 people total from a wide area. Kids from tot to middle school participate in activities. Event sponsors came from Noble, DeKalb, LaGrange, Steuben, Allen and Whitley counties. KidCity is promoted in the 15-county northeast Indiana area by KPC publications, including the fwFamily Magazine, WBCL and WANE-TV.
Why support KidCity?
As KidCity grows it not only will promote learning, health, community knowledge and access to clubs and services – it also will bring more visitors to our area and increase the visibility of our attractions and community benefits.
Why get involved with KidCity?
Every organization or business has some information, message or program of interest to kids and their parents.
Events sponsored by business and industry not only open kids’ eyes, with a glimpse of what goes on behind factory walls – you also can provide a chance for your employees to show their kids what they are producing and doing at their work!
How do I get involved or support KidCity?

The Ichthus Music Festival (located in Wilmore, Kentucky) has been around for more than 40 years, but this is the first year for the Ichthus [Fort Wayne] festival. It will be a one-day music, media and ministry experience that includes four stages (that run simultaneously), nearly 40 artists, speakers, a parent tent, featured ministry organizations, food and merch vendors, available camping and a lot more. All for a low price.
Ichthus festivals are known for their great music. But they're about more than music. They're about community, celebration, challenge, and so much more. Most of all, they're all about Jesus and the redemptive...
Whether you live in Ohio, Michigan (or California, for that matter), this is your festival! Youth groups will come from miles away and do the camping thing. Parents will bring their middle- and high-school aged kids and do the bonding thing. And really cool, old-school rock and rollers will come from the north, south, east, and west to check out some great music. Will you be there
Artists such as: Switchfoot, Relient K, Family Force 5, Red, Sanctus Real, Barlow Girl, Phil Keaggy and many more!

September 25th, Half Marathon,
4 Mile Run/Walk. Health Food Expo
Don't miss out! A cap of 7,500 participants has been set for the two races. The course layout for the Half Marathon and 4 Mile Run/Walk includes an exciting finish in the new downtown baseball stadium - Parkview Field. This year, the Half Marathon and 4 Mile Run/Walk will be run separately, instead of combining all of the runners together as was done in the previous two years.
The 4 Mile Run/Walk participants will head to the starting line first, starting their race at 7:30 a.m., with the Half Marathon scheduled to start a half hour later at 8:00 a.m. “The split start provides the opportunity for our races to continue to grow in future years,” said Dave Craker, Fort4Fitness Race Director. “It also solves several logistical issues and enhances the race experience for all participants.
