| In the burgundy
panel on the LEFT margin, you will see where you can put in your Login
ID and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, you see that above
the Login ID, you can click to put in your email address and get your
password.

| If you do not remember your Login ID or password, you can call our representative at Union Bank, Ann Knowles at 1-888-472-7468 |

| 2. | Then follow the process to cancel your recurring gift.
