Wabash Leadership Luncheons
Every leader needs to be aware how they impact their team or morale and productivity will easily decrease. Yet most leaders don't realize how powerful this part of leadership can be in people wanting to follow you.
Join us April 10, 2013: The Hidden Impact of a Leader’s Words, Emotions, and Thoughts. Presented by Byron Stock, Executive Leadership Consultant, Byron Stock and Associates
Leaders words, moods and emotions impact many aspects of an organization including productivity, motivation, employee satisfaction, teamwork and more. There is evidence that emotions, words, and thoughts have an effect on us at an even more fundamental level. In this intriguing session you will actually see the impact words and emotions can have on us physically. Come with an open and inquisitive mind.
This leadership training will be held at Wabash Friends Church in the Family Center from 12:00 pm-1:00 pm. A light lunch from Market Street Grill will be provided.
