Mid-Morning Weekly Schedule

Search through our archives of Mid-Morning programs below. If the audio archive is not available to Listen Online or Download, we probably still have the program audio in our offices. You can order a CD from us. To listen to the Mid-Morning shows please download the WBCL App and click on Podcats.
 Take Note!
*If you are trying to search for something in the archives, you may notice searching is currently limited. We have to make some manual adjustments to each archived show to allow it to show up in the search, so in the meantime, click "search" without typing anything in the box first...and this will bring up the full listing of shows. THEN you can type in the key word and find the program you're looking for! Our apologies for the extra step...it's just temporary!

Terry Caffey’s life was forever changed when his daughter’s boyfriend broke into his house in the middle of the night, opened fire, killed Terry’s wife and two sons, wounded Terry, and set the house on fire. Though he survived, Terry fell into a deep depression – and what saved his life was the scorched page of one of his wife’s novels he found on his property one day. He joins us on Mid-Morning to tell his incredible story and how God gave him another chance. And in the second half of the hour, American Idol alum Danny Gokey shares his own second chance at love and life after losing his wife just four years into their marriage. Weeks after her death, he courageously auditioned for American Idol, unaware that God was making a new way for him and teaching him the truths he wrote about in Hope in Front of Me (NavPress, ISBN# 978-1-61291-475-6).

Our friend and antique appraiser Brian McCall returns to Mid-Morning to help YOU know how much your antiques are worth! He's bringing along a couple of friends, Angie Hopkins and D'Lisa Struck, and the three of them will spend the hour chatting with you over the phone and by email and Facebook to offer insights on the sometimes-confusing world of antique values. If you can send a photo of your item by email or Facebook, that would help, but even if you can't, give us a call or send a message with a description of your item and they'll do their best to help you! A fun hour of chatting about antiques!
