Christian psychologist and counselor Kim Eckert found herself addressing and readdressing the same core issues with her female clients: relational wounds, body image, negative self-talk, and forming healthy relationships, to name just a few. She longed for a practical Christian book that would supplement the instruction and insights offered during counseling.
