Mid-Morning Full Archive

Search through our archives of Mid-Morning programs below. If the audio archive is not available to Listen Online or Download, we probably still have the program audio in our offices. You can order a CD from us. To listen to the Mid-Morning shows please download the WBCL App and click on Podcats.
 Take Note!
*If you are trying to search for something in the archives, you may notice searching is currently limited. We have to make some manual adjustments to each archived show to allow it to show up in the search, so in the meantime, click "search" without typing anything in the box first...and this will bring up the full listing of shows. THEN you can type in the key word and find the program you're looking for! Our apologies for the extra step...it's just temporary!

Shouldn't they be finished with the rebuilding of the areas that Hurricane Katrina destroyed? That's what many people are asking. Yet thousands on the Gulf Coast still have no homes to return to. Char Binkley, just back from Gulfport this past weekend, has invited a panel to join her Friday on Mid-Morning including Rebecca Hughes, author of "Winds of Hope" (New Hope, ISBN# 1-59669-074-7) to explain how "Christian volunteers from the north" are the only hope for those who are losing hope. And who knows, God may just be calling you to help bring that hope back to them.

After disappointment from government response, Gulf Coast residents admit that Christ-followers from the north are their only hope. WBCL joins Hope City in giving WBCL listeners the opportunity to spend a week in Mississippi assisting those who've lost everything. A panel of seven involved in the ministry of Hope City shares that it is truly "more blessed to give."
