Taylor University Broadcasting Election Statement

Taylor University Broadcasting, Inc., licensee of non-commercial stations WBCL, WBCY WBCJ, WCVM and WTUR, is a religious broadcaster, as the term is defined by the FCC. All full-time positions at Taylor University Broadcasting, Inc. require religious affiliation as a job qualification. Accordingly, Taylor University Broadcasting, Inc. is not required to comply with the FCC recruitment requirements with respect to job openings. Nevertheless in keeping with the general requirements of Section 73.2080, Taylor University Broadcasting, Inc. will recruit widely among religious organizations and through local and national religious
broadcasting groups.
