WBCL CONTEST
OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

To be eligible to win you must be 18 years of age. Multiple entries are accepted, but only one winner per household. No employee of WBCL Radio, Taylor University, all prize donors for this contest along with all affiliated businesses, or any prize supplier, nor any member of an employee’s immediate family, household or extended family is eligible to win. All prizes will be awarded. This offer is void where prohibited by law.

Winners will be selected on a predetermined basis by the WBCL Radio Network.  This will be noted in publicly released prize related materials including notices on the station website or notices issued over the airwaves by an authorized representative of WBCL.

Delivery of prize will be determined by the WBCL Radio Network, with all delivery related decisions made by the aforementioned network. All winners agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless WBCL and any prize supplier and their directors, officers, agents and employees from and against any and all liabilities, claims, suits, damages, judgments, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of or in connection with the acts or failure to act of any of the winners or prize-suppliers, their officers, agents, contractors or employees in connection with the products, services or promotions contemplated or supplied pursuant to this agreement.

WBCL and any prize supplier shall not be liable for any delay or failure to render the services directly or indirectly caused by, resulting from, or due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God or the public enemy, war insurrections or riots, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, severe weather, explosions, accidents, bankruptcy, governmental priorities or allocations, strikes or labor disputes, inability to obtain necessary materials, accessories, equipment or parts from manufacturers or suppliers or the adoption or enactment of any law, ordinance, regulation, ruling, or order which negatively affects WBCL’s or any prize supplier’s ability to render the services.  Winner must sign a related release form agreeing to the above.

The receipt of a prize by a winner for a WBCL contest is contingent upon the winner signing the WBCL waiver release form where applicable.  If the winner is not willing to sign this waiver release form where applicable, the winner forfeits the prize and WBCL will draw a new winner.

In the event of a disputation, the decision of WBCL management is final. Contest fraud will result in forfeiture of prize.

OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS ADDENDUM “SHOW US YOUR HEART WINDOW STICKER CONTEST 2008”

To be eligible to win you must be 21 years of age. Multiple entries are accepted, but only one monthly winner per household. No employee of WBCL Radio, Taylor University, I Do Windows, LLC along with all affiliated businesses, or any prize supplier, or any member of an employee’s immediate family, household or extended family is eligible to win. All prizes will be awarded. This offer is void where prohibited by law. One monthly prize winner will be drawn the last Friday of each month in the 8 o’clock hour on Rise ‘n’ Shine unless otherwise noted in publicly released prize related materials. Monthly winners will be drawn from the window sticker coupons received from January 1, 2007 up to and including the day before each monthly drawing. The monthly winners’ names will be kept separate so they will not be put in any other month’s drawing that year. Only one winner per household per contest year. The monthly prize value will be at least $400. How to be eligible to win: To become a contestant, place a free WBCL static-cling window sticker on your vehicle. If a staff spotter sees your “heart” window sticker and leaves a coupon on your windshield, fill it out, mail it in, and you’re automatically entered. You can also get your picture taken with the sticker in your vehicle and either land mail it or email it to the station. You may send your photo entry up to one time per month per household. Heart window stickers may be obtained free by picking one up at participating Christian bookstores or by writing, calling, emailing, or by stopping by the WBCL studios at 1025 W Rudisill Blvd, Fort Wayne IN 46807 (260-745-0576).

Specific Rules for the May 2008 Show Us Your Heart Contest:

• I will be able to use the tickets to attend the May 25, 2008 Indianapolis 500 Race.
• I understand that the Winner may be asked at the race (at their seats) to provide identification.  WBCL provides the Speedway with winner information.  The Speedway has the right to request such information to ensure that a transfer of profit was not made in conjunction with the promotion and the complimentary passes.
• You must be male, and 21 years or older.
• Only one entry (one guess) is allowed per household.
• Entrants and any potential winner must live and work within the WBCL over-the-air broadcast listening area.
• If you have won anything from WBCL in the past 90 days, you are not qualified
